Tips and Guides about Queue Management System

Buying only what will be configured

Feature-heavy platforms are sold on capability and paid for regardless of whether the features are ever switched on. On a small site, ticketing, calling and one monthly figure cover almost everything anyone will actually use.

Why people pile up in a branch

A long queue almost never means the branch is short of staff. It means two-minute transactions and twenty-minute ones are sharing a single line, or that a self-service machine stopped working and its demand moved to the counter. Splitting the flows by transaction type and measuring each separately usually cuts the wait before a single extra person has to be hired. It is one of the questions branches ask us most often: why are there so many people waiting.

A morning is usually enough

A basic installation on a small site is a morning's work: mount the dispenser, place the display, configure the categories, brief the staff. Sites that expect a week-long project are often surprised.
